Second Thoughts Series

“Second Thoughts” is a series of short video “anti-commercials”. While normal advertisements try to convince us that a product will solve our problems in thirty seconds, these films make audiences less certain about a subject in a similar time frame. Some of the films follow the commercial format closely, while others are short essays or poems. The overall goal is to give people second thoughts about their beliefs around identity, memory, and reality. Films in the series have played at festivals all over the world. The project is currently being programmed as an installation for art galleries.

“60 Second Thoughts: Volume Three” is a semi-finalist in the Lonely Wolf International Film Festival in the Best Poetry Film category.
